B5G\/6G radio technologies, covering new projects such as meta-material MIMO antenna arrays, spectrum consumption models for spectrum sharing and transport protocol design for mmWave.\u00a0 The afternoon session focuses on edge cloud including talks on a new NSF RINGS project on real-time machine learning with distributed edge clouds, experimental evaluation of AR\/VR applications with edge cloud assistance, updates to the COSMOS smart intersection project and several others.\u00a0 The agenda also includes two exciting invited guest lectures on sub-Terahertz and O-RAN by accomplished WINLAB collaborators, Prof. Yasaman Ghasempour from Princeton University and Tracy Van Brakle from AT&amp;T Labs.\u00a0<\/p><p>The recorded presentations are available at the <a
